Following presentation of this information, the committee should present a proposed program approach, including target dates, dates for completion of various activities, definition of responsibilities and of the specific objective and scope of work.
These activities shall include the following: coating materials inventory, technical specification approval, meetings, formalization of an inspection program with documentation, safety and health aspects, permits, labor period of time, work methodology and a contractor definition.
